Mt Hotham Alpine Resort – Visitor Experience Study

This study was conducted with visitors to the Mt Hotham Alpine resort.

It examined visitors’ expectations of the resort, perceived benefits, importance drivers and key attributes of their experience. The study also included preference analysis for various season passes and package bundles among key market segments.

The outcomes from the research formed an integral part of the business, marketing and promotional strategies for the resort.
